Our properties are conveniently located within walking distance to USC. Our location is also centrally located enabling easy access to greater LA neighborhoods, attractions and entertainment venues. The new LA metro or DASH bus can wisk you away to beaches or downtown, while biking, walking or taking the USC Tram line will get you to campus in minutes.

Independent and Flexible

We have many unit configurations available including 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, studios and houses. Each tenant enters into their OWN contract on their OWN locked bedroom allowing students to move in and out independently. We understand that student life can be unpredictable so we offer flexible terms allowing for short term, extended stay, semester to semester or year long contracts.  

Everything You Need for Short or Long Term Stays

Each unit comes fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including linens, kitchen supplies, towels, televisions, high speed internet etc. We have a communications room with a communal computer and printer and a "family kitchen" where breakfast and coffee are served every morning. We even have bikes and a car available for neighborhood trips.
